compassionate communication and unconditional self love as a healing process
for her clients. Alternative Healing – Supporting the Sacred Self with your
Medicine Animal uses journeying as a therapeutic process of self-discovery and
healing. Whether you are on a healing path or facing challenges and or changes,
your power animal can guide and help you gain the insights to master the
transformational nature of your life. Knowing your power animal will deepen
your awareness and well being on both a physical and spiritual level. You will
never feel alone, again. Journeying, the basis of shamanism, provides
nurturance, validation, and emotional release. This healing can also occur with
psychology but the process can be typically long, and arduous. The Shamanic
Journey is a way of finding answers, information, healing, wisdom and knowledge
as well as guidance or help with one’s personal life. During the Journey you
meet with spirits who may be regarded as ancestors, elders, gods, goddesses,
deceased shamans, spirit guides, power animals and angels. These beings are
seen as beings with great wisdom, power and the ones who are willing to help
with guiding the living
